Team Also Welcomes Veteran NBC Sports Chicago Multi-Platform Bulls/NBA Expert Mark Schanowski to its Broadcast Team
HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL – The Windy City Bulls, presented by BMO Harris Bank, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, today announced that NBC Sports Chicago will be airing all 24 home games from the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates during the team’s 2019-20 regular season.
This agreement represents the second season of the broadcast partnership that provides the team and NBA G League vast exposure to 4.2 million Bulls fans tuning in throughout NBC Sports Chicago’s regional viewing territory.
Ten Windy City games will air live on NBC Sports Chicago and its sister station, NBC Sports Chicago Plus, while 14 games will be shown on tape-delay, many of which will air following Chicago Bulls live game broadcasts. All scheduled broadcasts will also be available via an authenticated stream at NBCSportsChicago.com/WatchLive.
NBC Sports Chicago is a member of the national family of NBC’s Regional Sports Networks and has been a broadcast partner of the Chicago Bulls since its launch in 2004.
In addition, the Windy City Bulls have announced veteran NBC Sports Chicago multi-platform Bulls/NBA expert Mark Schanowski will join the Windy City broadcast team as its color analyst. Schanowski will join Windy City play-by-play announcer Julio Rausseo and brings three decades of sports broadcasting experience to the Windy City telecast. Following a career that began in 1990 as a sports reporter and anchor for Chicago’s ABC 7 and NBC 5, Schanowski joined NBC Sports Chicago in 2005, and went on to host several programs for the network including Bulls Pre/Postgame Live, SportsNet Central, Bears Recap, Bears Huddle, and Bears Blitz.
All of Windy City’s 50 regular season home and road games will continue to be broadcast via the NBA G League’s official online streaming platforms.

Windy City will tip-off its fourth season tonight at Wisconsin before returning for its home opening night contest at the Sears Centre Arena tomorrow, November 9 at 7 PM. The full home schedule features 13 weekend home games, including seven Saturday night contests and the team will also host three weekday home games on Wednesday, December 11, Thursday, March 20 and Wednesday, March 4.
The home schedule concludes on March 25 and the regular season comes to a close when the team visits Grand Rapids on March 28.
The NBA G League enters its 19th season with 28 teams competing over a 50-game schedule, following the addition of the expansion College Park Skyhawks, affiliate of the Atlanta Hawks. The Erie Bayhawks, who were previously associated with Atlanta are now affiliated with the New Orleans Pelicans.
