The Windy City Bulls, presented by BMO, the NBA G League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, pulled off a 19-point comeback to earn a 124-118 victory over the Westchester Knicks Sunday afternoon at NOW Arena. Devon Dotson spearheaded the surge with 25 points — 23 of which came in the second half.

Dotson also chipped in four rebounds and eight assists. Chicago Bulls Assignment center Marko Simonović recorded a double-double with 23 points and 11 rebounds.

Chicago Bulls Two-Way forward Malcolm Hill nearly notched a double-double of his own, finishing with 16 points on 5-for-9 shooting and nine rebounds. Fellow Chicago Bulls Two-Way forward Tyler Cook ended with 15 points on efficient 6-for-8 shooting from the field.

Coming off the bench, Jeremy Pargo and Kerwin Roach II sparked the Bulls with 16 and 15 points, respectively, and each dished four assists.

For Westchester, Tyler Hall led the way with 25 points. Five other Knicks players reached double figures, including Dewan Hernandez’s 20-point and 10-rebound double-double.

The Knicks started strong, jumping out to a 33-25 lead after the first period. Westchester’s lead ballooned to 19 points with 1:13 left to play before halftime. The Bulls chipped away at the deficit slightly, entering the break trailing 70-55.

Dotson was a man on a mission to start the second half, scoring 14 points and dishing out three assists in the third quarter. With the help of 11 third-quarter points from Roach II, the Bulls outscored the Knicks 37-31 in the third quarter to get within nine points of Westchester heading into the final 12 minutes.

The Bulls slowly clawed back to begin the fourth quarter. With 2:08 left to play, Windy City took a two-point lead — it’s first lead of the game. Riding a 10-2 run to end the game, the Bulls walked away with a six-point victory.

With the win, the Bulls improve to 13-16 on the season, while the Knicks fall to 13-13.

Next, the Bulls host the Cleveland Charge on Wednesday, March 23. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on NBC Sports.
