The Arboretum x Windy City Bulls Sweepstakes begins on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 12:00AM Chicago time and ends on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 11:59PM Chicago time.   

To enter, go to https://forms.office.com/r/1hLHnibdJW and follow the entry instructions.  All entries must be received by Windy City Bulls by the last day of each month during the Entry Period at 11:59PM Chicago time.  

There will be five Winners (defined below). The Winners will each receive four Windy City Bulls courtside tickets to a mutually agreeable team home game during the Entry Period and a $100 gift card to a restaurant located at The Arboretum. Total approximate retail value of each of the prize packages is $500. Must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of Illinois to enter (additional restrictions apply).

Administrator of this sweepstakes is Chicago Professional Sports Limited Partnership, 1901 W. Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60612, and Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is The Arboretum located at 100 W. Higgins Road, Suite H-72, South Barrington, IL 60010. .

The prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the sweepstakes, unless otherwise indicated.
