WCB & ARENA POLICIES

Tickets: All tickets for Windy City Bulls home games are digital. Guests will enter NOW Arena by scanning their ticket on their mobile device. The Windy City Bulls do not accept physical tickets. Instructions for accessing mobile tickets can be found here. We strongly encourage guests to download digital tickets to your phones to avoid delays when entering the Arena.

On-site Purchases: NOW Arena is a cashless venue. All in-arena payments are only accepted via credit card payment.

Parking: Fans can park for free when attending home Windy City Bulls games. NOW Arena can fit more than 3,000 vehicles across its various lots.

Bag Guidelines: For safety and security reasons, each guest is permitted to bring one clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag that does not exceed 12"x6"x12" or one one-gallon clear plastic bag into NOW Arena for Windy City Bulls games. Additionally, each fan will be allowed to carry one small clutch that does not exceed 4.5x6.5 into the arena. Diaper bags, with a child 3 and under, and bags carrying medically necessary items will be allowed into NOW Arena after a visual inspection inside the bag is completed by a member of the security team.

Doors: Arena doors will be open to the general public one hour before a game's scheduled tip-off unless otherwise permitted.

Animals: Certified service animals or service animals in-training for guests with disabilities are the only animals allowed in NOW Arena. All service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times. No wild animals.

Elevators: Elevators are located next to the main entrance, suite entrance, and Club entrance. There are no escalators located at NOW Arena.

Lost and Found: If you have lost an item during a game, please visit Guest Services outside section 111. If it is after event hours, call (847) 649-2270 Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please list the item's description, date it was lost, and contact information when leaving a voicemail.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in NOW Arena, including vapor electronic devices.

Food/Beverage: Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside NOW Arena. A valid ID (State ID, Driver's License, or Military ID) is required for the purchase of alcohol. Alcohol service is cut-off at the beginning of the 4th quarter during NBA G League games.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Video recorders, audio recorders, or other similar electronic devices - Signs, posters, or messages on any garment with explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization directed toward any person - Determination of appropriate messaging is at sole discretion of NOW Arena - Fireworks - Laser pointers, laser products of any type, or whistles - Poles/ Selfie Sticks - Backpacks, large bags, or sealed packages of any kind (including gifts for performers) (Maximum bag size allowed is 14"x14"x6") - Animals except for service animals - Bottles, cans, or coolers - Outside food or beverages (exceptions are made for medical reasons, baby food, and reasonable children's snacks such as crackers, raisins, juice boxes, etc.) - Alcohol, marijuana, or other federally prohibited drugs - Outside noisemakers - Any professional camera device with a lens larger than 6 inches - Weapons including firearms, bats, knives, Tasers, or anything the NOW Arena staff deems dangerous (In accordance with the Illinois' "concealed carry" law and the right for private entities to ban handguns on their premises, firearms and other weapons of any kind (including sticks, poles, etc.) are strictly forbidden on the premises of NOW Arena.) - Bikes, skateboards, hover boards, or any other wheeled device unless medically necessary.

NOW Arena reserves the right to confiscate any item deemed unacceptable. The arena will not store any of the aforementioned items.
