The Windy City Bulls are seeking to kick off 2017 with a win against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants who currently sit atop the NBA Development Leagues Eastern Conference in first place. Windy City enters action looking to snap a six game losing skid. Fort Wayne previously defeated Windy City 95-83 on December 3 behind 18 points from Alex Poythress. Aaron Thomas and Alfonzo McKinnie combined for 37 points for the Bulls in that contest.
Fort Wayne:
The Mad Ants, the NBA Development League Affiliate of the Indiana Pacers, lead the Eastern Conference and Central Division with a 12-5 record. Alex Poythress leads the team in scoring with 19.4 points per game. Fort Wayne enters action after suffering a 94-92 loss last Friday to the West Chester Knicks, despite 20 points apiece from Poythress and Trey McKinney-Jones.

Windy City fell 117-106 to the Maine Red Claws on Saturday afternoon in Portland Aaron Thomas finished with 25 points for the Bulls. Will Bynum, an eight year NBA veteran who was acquired on December 23, scored 20 points and dished out 10 assists in his Bulls debut. Forward Ferrakohn Hall poured in a season high 18 points off of the bench.

Windy City returns home for a doubleheader this Friday and Saturday evening at 7 PM at the Sears Centre Arena. On Friday, the Bulls welcome the Westchester Knicks on Indian Heritage Night.
