Windy City Bulls to Host Dog Night

You are invited to watch a game with your furry friends during a special event hosted by the Windy City Bulls, the official NBA D-League Affiliate of the Chicago Bulls.

$20 Pooch Pass Package Includes:
• Ticket for one human and one pooch in the 200 Level – all seats in Sections 200 – 205 will be General Admission for this game
• Custom Windy City Bulls branded bandana
• Additional 200 Level human tickets may be purchased for $17

A portion of every Pooch Pass will be donated to Helping Paws.

EVENT GUIDELINES:
• All dogs must be on a leash and current on their vaccinations
• No female dogs in heat are permitted
• The Windy City Bulls and Sears Centre staff have the right to refuse or eject any dog from the premises
• No dogs will be permitted on the main concourse or restrooms
• All dogs and their owners will enter the Arena through the WEST SIDE ENTRANCE

All dog owners will sign a waiver containing the language seen below prior to entering the Arena

WAIVER TO SIGN ON GAME DAY
In consideration of you allowing me to bring my dog to the Windy City Bulls game, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and administrators (collectively “Releasors”), hereby expressly agree to release and discharge Northwest Sports LLC, Chicago Professional Sports LP, the National Basketball Association, the National Basketball Association Developmental League and each of their respective member teams, Sears Centre Arena, Spectra Venue Management and the Village of Hoffman Estates, a municipal corporation in the State of Illinois (“Hoffman Estates”) and all other supporters, vendors and sponsors, and their officers, shareholders, directors, members, officials, agents, employees, representatives, affiliates, succesors and assigns (individually, a “Releasee”, or collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all actions, injuries, causes of action, suits, debts, duties, accounts bonds, covenants, contracts, fees, costs, claims and demands whatsoever which Releasor now has and hereafter may have by reason of, in any way arising out of, or in any way connected with the dog the Releasors bring to the Windy City Bulls game, or by reason of, in any way arising out of, or in any way connected with any other dog brought to the Windy City Bulls game (collectively , the “Claims”). I further agree to indemnify the Releasees against, and hold them harmless from, any and all Claims and covenant not to sue any Releasee in connection with any Claim. I acknowledge on my own behalf and on behalf of my Releasors that the activities of the event can be dangerous and involve risk of bodily injury, death or property damage. I am and will remain solely responsible for any dog that I bring to the Windy City Bulls game and assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death or property damage to any Releasor or Releasor’s dog or any other person or dog arising from my participation in the event.
I hereby represent that the dog of which I have custody during the event is in good health and has all current rabies and other necessary vaccinations. I agree to abide by any rule, regulation of the Windy City Bulls, Sears Centre Arena or Hoffman Estates and any decision of any of their representatives concerning my ability or the ability of the dog of which I have custody to participate in this event safely, and I further agree that said representatives may authorize necessary treatment for me and/or the dog in my custody.
