Windy City Bulls Beat Raptors in Return from All-Star Break

The Windy City Bulls, presented by BMO, the NBA G League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, beat the Raptors 905 114-110 Tuesday night at NOW Arena. Windy City was led by a near triple-double from Chicago Bulls Two-Way guard Carlik Jones with 28 points, nine rebounds and 12 assists.
The Bulls got off to a quick start, leading 34-24 at the end of the first quarter. Windy City center Daniel Oturu came out strong, scoring 17 points in the first half, however the Raptors tied the game 62-62 at halftime.
Windy City narrowly outscored the 905 in the third quarter, entering the final 12 minutes ahead by two. Jones scored 11 points in the fourth quarter to help the Bulls win by four.
Windy City center Daniel Oturu scored a season-high 19 points to go along with nine rebounds. Forward Henri Drell finished with 18 and seven rebounds for the Bulls, while guard Jeremy Pargo chipped in 14 points.
The 905 were led by 19 points from Ron Harper Jr. and 18 points off the bench from Darryl Morsell.
With the win, Windy City improved to 9-11 in the regular season, while Raptors 905 fell to 9-9.
Windy City has a rematch with the Raptors tomorrow, February 23 at NOW Arena. The game is slated to tip-off at 7 p.m. and will be broadcast live on NBC Sports Chicago.
