Windy City Bulls Announce 2026-27 Promotional Event Schedule

20 Games to Feature Special Events or Giveaways
Hoffman Estates, Ill. – The Windy City Bulls, presented by BMO, the NBA G League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, announced its 2026-27 promotional event schedule today. The season will host a record 20 of 24 home games with special events or giveaways.
Opening the season at home, Windy City hosts back-to-back matchups during the first weekend in November. On Friday, November 6, the franchise celebrates Opening Night with mascot Gus T. Bull’s 10th Birthday Extravaganza. The first 1,500 fans will receive a Gus T. Bull reverse dunk graphic tee presented by Blink Tees. Mascots from throughout Chicago and the sports world will be in attendance to celebrate with the birthday bull and fans.
On Saturday, November 7, Windy City hosts its 10th Season Anniversary Celebration, presented by BMO. The celebration will feature a Sports Card Show with 100 vendors selling sports cards and collectibles throughout the concourse and a 10th Season Anniversary jersey giveaway for the first 1,500 fans.
The following weekend features a back-to-back slate with home games on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15. Windy City will celebrate the 20th Anniversary of NOW Arena on the 14th with the first 1,500 fans entering the arena taking home a WCB Court Replica giveaway, courtesy of NOW Arena.
Sunday the 15th sees the return of fan-favorite Dog Day. Fans are invited to bring their dogs to enjoy the afternoon game.
The team will celebrate the holidays during the first weekend in December with a pair of games. On Friday, December 4, the first 1,500 fans snag a fleece blanket featuring a variety of Windy City’s logos. On Sunday, December 6, the team will host the first of three Shoe Collector’s Shows this season with 100 vendors selling shoes and streetwear throughout the arena. The first 1,500 fans will also receive a holiday stocking designed to look like a basketball sneaker.
Windy City opens the 2027 calendar year with Chicago Bulls Night, presented by AT&T on Friday, January 8. The night is highlighted by a Caleb Wilson dunking bobblehead that has a piece of the rookie forward’s 2026 Summer League game worn uniform embedded in the base for the first 1,500 fans. This popular annual event will also feature an expansive Chicago Bulls memorabilia display and the six NBA Championship trophies for fans to take photos with.
A must-attend event for all sports collectors, Windy City hosts Sports Cards & Collectibles Night on Saturday, January 9 where 100 vendors selling, trading and buying sports cards and memorabilia will take over the concourse and floor. The night’s giveaway pays tribute to 30 years of the famous photograph “The Dive,” with a bobblehead of Benny the Bull diving after his beloved popcorn for the first 1,500 fans.
A family-favorite, Windy City celebrates the 30th anniversary of Space Jam on Saturday, January 16. Space Jam jerseys will be given out to the first 1,500 fans and the night will pay homage to the link between basketball culture and sneaker culture with a Shoe Show of vendors selling shoes and streetwear throughout the arena.
Windy City hosts two afternoon holiday games this season, the first of which is on MLK Day, Monday, January 18 when the team celebrates the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Tipping off February, the team hosts Japanese Community Night on Friday, February 12 featuring a Trading Card Game (TCG) Collectibles Show with vendors selling, trading and buying cards and collectibles. The night’s giveaway is an anime-inspired “charged up” Gus T. Bull figurine for the first 1,500 fans.
The next day, Windy City will host Polish Heritage Night on Saturday, February 13. The first 1,500 fans in the building take home a Polish-themed bobblehead and the night will celebrate the local Polish community.
As part of the team’s month-long celebration of Black History, and in collaboration with a host of teams across the NBA G League, Windy City will host a Black Excellence Celebration Game on President’s Day, Monday, February 15. Players will wear uniforms designed by performance artist Patrick “Patcasso” Hunter honoring influential Black pioneers and leaders.
Expanding a core program for Windy City this season, the organization will host two Education Days presented by BMO. The first will be held on Wednesday, February 17 and the second will be held on Thursday, March 18. Both events will mix interactive educational elements with high-energy game day entertainment.
Returning home after starting March on the road, Windy City celebrates Chicago’s Own Pope on Sunday, March 14. The game day giveaway will be a commemorative basketball jersey given to the first 2,500 early arriving fans. Adding to the fanfare, Windy City will also host a Sports Card Show for fans to buy, sell and trade sports cards and collectibles.
Continuing to celebrate local communities, Windy City hosts Greek Heritage Night on Friday, March 19. Positioned near Greek Independence Day, the game day giveaway is right out of a Greek myth with the first 1,500 fans receiving a Hermes T. Bull bobblehead.
The penultimate game of Windy City’s season will be Los Toros Night: Celebrating Hispanic Heritage. A special ticket package will be available where fans can purchase their ticket to the game and take home an exclusive Windy City Bulls fútbol kit. The game day giveaway for the first 1,500 fans will be a Jíbaro Coquí bobblehead, a symbol of cultural significance to Puerto Rico.
Windy City’s season finale on Saturday, March 27 will be Filipino Heritage Night, presented by BMO, with a Filipino-themed basketball jersey giveaway that has been designed by Filipino artist Brian Nevado for the first 1,500 fans. The game day will also feature a Shoe Show for fans to buy sneakers and streetwear from 100 vendors.
