Windy City Bulls Announce Henry Domercant to Return as Head Coach

The Windy City Bulls, presented by BMO, the NBA G League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, announced Henry Domercant is returning for his third season as Head Coach.
Domercant, a Naperville, IL native, played collegiately at Eastern Illinois University, and first joined Windy City as an assistant coach in 2018. Domercant held the role of Player Development Coordinator with the Chicago Bulls during the 2020-21 NBA season before returning to Windy City as Head Coach for the 2021-22 season.
Prior to coaching for the Bulls, Domercant enjoyed a professional career that spanned over a decade. His career included stops in Greece, Russia and Italy, before returning to the United States to play a season with the Idaho Stampede of the NBA Development League. After retiring, Domercant joined the Maine Red Claws in 2017 to begin his coaching career.
“I am excited for the opportunity to return to the Windy City Bulls,’ said Domercant. “The organization and fan support have been amazing. We have seen continued growth over the last few years and I’m looking forward to achieving even more of our goals this season.”
Domercant led Windy City to a 12-7 record to start the season in the Showcase Cup, which included a second-place finish in the G League Winter Showcase. In the second half of the season, the Bulls finished 18-14.
The regular season schedule will be announced later this summer.
