Windy City Bulls Beat Westchester in Their Third Win in a Row

The Windy City Bulls, presented by BMO, the NBA G League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, beat the Westchester Knicks 123-108 Thursday night at NOW Arena. Windy City was led by Chicago Bulls Two-Way forward Terry Taylor who scored 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in his Windy City debut. 

Seven Windy City players scored in double digits as the team shot 52.2% from the field. Chicago Bulls Assignment center Marko Simonović finished 17 points and 10 rebounds. Chicago Bulls Two-Way guard Carlik Jones and Windy City center Daniel Oturu finished with 15 points each. 

After being down three at the end of the first quarter, the Bulls outscored the Knicks 41-25 in the second quarter. Oturu had 13 first-half points, including seven straight in the second quarter. 

Windy City started the third quarter with an 8-2 run, extending its lead to 19. Taylor scored eight of his 23 points in the fourth quarter to help Windy City earn a 15-point victory. 

The Knicks were led by center Garrison Brooks with 20 points and 15 rebounds. Westchester guard MJ Walker chipped in 18 points. 

With the win, Windy City improved to 11-11 in the regular season, while Westchester fell to 8-13. 

Next up, the Bulls travel to Wisconsin to take on the Herd on Saturday, March 4. The game is slated to tip-off at 11:30 a.m. CT and will be broadcast live on NBAGLeague.com.
